Last weekend, I had an opportunity to hear a Senior Project presentation of a youth group member from my home church. She was doing her Senior Project on sex trafficking. It reminded me of the Passion 2012 Conference and how fired up I was a few months ago about the freedom of 27 million people around the world. Back in January, I was praying and declaring that I want to participate in this movement even after I start my last semester at Georgia Tech. It's only been a month and half and I feel like I am already losing the passion that I had before. However, watching Helen (the youth group member) giving a presentation allowed me to realize that the issue of slavery and sex trafficking is a serious problem that everyone needs to address and take actions. I pray that I can be more active in this movement and not get too comfortable in my life. I know I won't be a missionary or preacher but I want to use my talent, whatever it may be, for the betterment of God's kingdom. Its sad to leave Georgia Tech where I learned to love others and grow deeper in my relationship with God. But I can't wait to go to medical school and see what God has planned for me in my future. 27 Million and Freedom!!
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
